If you use Google Analytics to measure your web metrics, you can also integrate all of your Social Media activities by using the Google Custom URl Builder.
Simply create a custom link for each post irrespective of what Social media platform you use and the results will be reported in the campaign section of your Google Analytics.
In the example below, I created a custom link to track the Facebook activity for a post which discusses my SEO Audit report.
The Custom URL Builder created the link below and the results will now appear in Analytics. Hey Presto, you are off to races!!
